FedEx could not deliver my visa… Hopefully my Super will sign for it tomorrow. I do not need it right away – but I will need to apply for others as soon as possible to ensure smooth travels.
My right arm is killing me from the shot and all I want to do is work on a painting that is halfway done. This weekend I should be finished however and will post pictures. There are several half finished paintings and an installation that I would like to finish before the beginning of this trip. The installation is taking the longest – there are so many things to collect in order to work on it. I must say it will definitely be the most expensive work of art I have done but it is comprised of the simplest of everyday items that we toss aside. I am amazed by how little I personally use these items, yet how common they are to this society.
I just received an email stating “we have verified your visa has been processed correctly” – from the Indian Consulate. I *assume* this means that they didn’t deny me and in fact would love for me to come and spend all of my American money in their country. Hooray!
I went to see one of my favorite bands last night, well the solo acoustic tour – Sea Wolf. Not only did I get to meet Alex Brown Church but I got an autographed t-shirt. However potentially immature that may sound, it excited me beyond belief!
