Updates, updates – more on the way! Preliminary testing continues in Hoboken as the 22nd nears. San Francisco is booked and ready – getting through the next week and making sure everything is in order is the next goal!
I have always meant to pick up a copy of this book – Oh, the Places You’ll Go by Dr. Seuss. It has always been my favorite one in the series and has shown up at many important events in my life – for instance, it was read at my high school graduation.
Today I stopped into a bookstore in Hoboken where I finally picked up the book. It was sitting on a table, as if it were waiting just for me. After bringing it back to the apartment, I opened the cover to find a note written to the original recipient:
“May all your dreams come true as you continue on your intellectual journey.”
It was given to a girl as a high school graduation gift and will now be a wonderful addition to this trip!

Yes! Hoboken, NJ it is! For a few days… perhaps a week? As preliminary testing continues I decided to visit a very dear friend of mine and take pictures of Hoboken in the coming blizzard.
I also just received my new lens for this camera I am still trying to figure out. I just bought the Nikon 55-300mm f/4.5-5.6G ED VR AF-S DX Nikkor Zoom Lens for Nikon Digital SLR. How good is it? Well… I’m not quite the expert yet, so I hope it is good enough!
