Braving the street fish was a big mistake! Oh lovely food poisoning, how you make me feel like death… and having to call out sick from work yesterday, horrible! But no matter, I opted for reading a bit here and there while I managed to stay awake and in between bouts of being sick. Today however, I was only able to manage to sit long enough to read the rest of my book and do some paintings for the site, which I have uploaded, as well as some video from last night’s monsoon. There have been massive thunderstorms each day here, yet I still get out despite the weather. For now though, I must hang around and try to overcome the fits I have been stricken with.

“The fact is, I’m all here: head, hands, legs, and all the rest of it, but it happens I’m invisible. It’s a confounded nuisance, but I am.”
“I had never realized it before, but the nose is to the mind of a dog what the eye is to the mind of a seeing man. Dogs perceive the scent of a man moving as men perceive his vision.”
